The Jungle Body

KONGA is a wild mash up of Boxing, Kickboxing, Cardio, Afro, Pop, Rock, Pilates, Disco and everything else in between. It is the perfect concoction of easy-to-do moves, insane music and routines that are specifically designed to shape, sculpt and redefine your physique.

KONGA-LO is a lower impact and intensity version of the original KONGA programme.

VYPA is hardcore high intensity interval training inspired by Tabata, incorporating Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage Fighting, Capoeira, Plyometrics and Sports Specific Training. Alternating between aerobic and anaerobic intervals set to spine-tingling Electronic, Dubstep and Hip Hop Music.

TYGA is the world’s first Hip Hop, Dancehall, Ragga & Afro based fitness workout using the latest, greatest and best music from around the world.
